According to a press release issued by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), Jean Daley, age 39, and Danny Green, age 37, were taken into custody after authorities executed a search warrant at a residence on Creek Ave. in the Town of Scott on Monday, March 14, 2022.
The LCSO, together with the Central Wisconsin Narcotics Task Force [consisting of agents from the FBI, LCSO, Marathon County Sheriff’s Office, Wausau Police Department, Everest Metro Police Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, and the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation], the Lincoln County Special Response Team, and the Marathon County SWAT Team together executed the warrant.
Nine firearms were seized, along with methamphetamine and marijuana.
Daley was charged with: harboring or aiding a felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Green was charged with: felon in possession of firearm, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both parties appeared before a Lincoln County judge on Tuesday where Daley was released on a $7,000 signature bond, while Green is being held on a $25,000 cash bond.
