4:02 p.m.- An officer took a complaint of a theft. The caller had a package stolen from her step. Investigation is ongoing.
December 30
8:49 a.m.- Officers responded to a domestic complaint. The caller advised they could hear the upstairs neighbors fighting, screaming and throwing things. After an investigation was completed, the male party was arrested for domestic battery, strangulation and a probation violation.
December 31
7:17 p.m.- An officer was patrolling through the MARC and observed a vehicle that was stuck in a snowbank. Contact was made with the driver who admitted to spinning donuts in the parking lot and then drove into the snowbank. The driver was cited for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.
