At 4:20 p.m., an officer was dispatched to an animal bite complaint. The caller was out for a run with his dog when three Rottweiler dogs jumped a fence and attacked his dog. The owner of the Rottweilers was cited for animal at large, 1st offense.
At 7:58 p.m., an officer responded to a vandalism complaint. A park building had been vandalized with spray paint. The investigation is ongoing.
April 15
At 11:24 a.m., an officer responded to a report of shoplifting from a local business. The investigation is ongoing.
At 4:43 p.m., an officer investigated the theft of a bicycle from the owner’s yard. The investigation is active at this time.
April 17
At 3:01 p.m., officers responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint. The caller advised a male party was unconscious in a vehicle for over an hour. Contact was made with the male in the driver seat and the vehicle was running. The male displayed signs of impairment and was placed through field sobriety tests. Based on the test results, he was arrested for drug related Operating while Intoxicated, 1st offense.
April 18
At 10:50 a.m., officers responded to a vandalism complaint. The caller stated their vehicle was egged some time overnight. The investigation is ongoing.
At 12:03 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and the driver was found to have a valid warrant for his arrest. The male party was able to pay for the warrant.
